Rochelle was born and raised on the beautiful Great Barrier Reef, Australia. She has worked in the yachting industry for nine years, and has worked for owners in the most exclusive luxury destinations worldwide.
Rochelle is well versed in Mediterranean style flavors and has spent a considerable amount of time in Asia and Australia where her culinary skills flourished. She also studied at the prestigious Tokyo Sushi Academy in Japan, where she developed her love and skills for creating sushi.
She loves the water, has her Dive Master and has spent many years racing canoes along the northern coast of Australia.
